501(c)(3) Status
On June 21, 2024, the Boykin Spaniel Health Organization, Inc. was approved by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a tax exempt corporation under the IRC Section 501 (c)(3) and classified as a public charity. 
We are therefore qualified to receive tax deductible contributions Under IRC Section 170. We are also eligible for qualified gifts, devices, transfers or bequests under IRC Section 2055, 2106 or 2522.
